CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTION POLICY: 

Full refund less a $25 processing fee if registration is cancelled in writing prior to February 4, 2011.  Half refund less a $25 processing fee thereafter if registration is cancelled in writing prior to February 18, 2011.  No refunds will be given for cancellations after February 18, 2011.  Name substitutions will only be accepted for Conference Registrations with no restrictions.
