CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTION POLICY: Full refund less a $25 processing fee if registration is cancelled in writing prior to January 28, 2013. Half refund less a $25 processing fee thereafter if registration is cancelled in writing prior to February 4, 2013. No refunds will be given for cancellations after February 4, 2013. Name substitutions will only be accepted for Conference Registrations with no restrictions.
